A weekend that actually does something for you.
Wellness on the Water is a weekend retreat at DeGray Lake Resort State Park in Arkansas. Movement, education, embodiment practice, and real community, all in one of the most peaceful places in the state.
This is not a fitness retreat.
It goes deeper than that.
Wellness on the Water is built around a simple question: what would it take for you to actually feel well, not just look like it or work toward it, but genuinely feel it?
Over a weekend at the lake, you'll move your body, learn things that are actually useful, sit with practices that work at a nervous system level, and spend time with people who are asking the same questions you are. No performance. No pressure. No pretending you have it all figured out.
You come as you are. That's the whole point.

April 30-May 2, 2027
Ticket launch will announce in January 2027
You’ll find your place here if any of this sounds like you:
You're new to wellness and don't know where to start.
You're navigating midlife, perimenopause, or menopause and want support that actually accounts for that.
You want to learn, not just move. Education and embodiment together.
You've been practicing for years and want depth, not just intensity.
You're tired of wellness culture's standards and want something more honest.
You want meaningful time away from regular life, with people who get it.
The Teachers —
People who are genuinely good at what they do.
WOW brings together movement specialists, yoga teachers, registered dietitians, chiropractors, somatic practitioners, and wellness educators from across Arkansas and beyond. Each teacher is chosen because they bring real depth, not just credentials.
Each teacher is personally selected. The standard is simple: would we send someone we care about to this person? If yes, they're in.
$249. All sessions included.
Your ticket covers all classes, educational sessions, embodiment practices, and social events for the full three days. Lodging and meals are arranged separately.

“This was a very encouraging event. The presenters were very qualified. I loved the community built as we interacted throughout the weekend. When I left, I felt very close to everyone and was grateful to have them touch my life.”
“My friend and I enjoyed many classes: each brought us peace, connection, and a sense of rejuvenation. We left feeling grounded, grateful, and closer than ever.”
“This is my third year attending. I bring my teenage daughter, and we come with another mom and her daughters. While we attend classes, they go on hikes, lie by the pool, and relax. We take them on the sunset boat tour every year, and they love it! It's a great bonding weekend for us. We all get something out of it.”
Built on the belief that well-being belongs to everyone.
Wellness on the Water was founded by Krista DeBuhr and Mary Fennel in 2024. Holly Krepps, co-founder of Circle Yoga Shala and a contemplative teacher and yoga therapist with more than thirty years of practice, took over stewardship of the event in 2026.
Holly's work has always centered on meeting people where they are, not where the wellness industry says they should be, and helping them explore what's genuinely possible. That's what WOW is built to do.
"Such a magical experience for nourishing yourself, making connections, and learning valuable, digestible information."
DeGray Lake Resort State Park.
Arkansas's best kept secret.
DeGray Lake sits on an island surrounded by lake and pine-covered hills in central Arkansas, about an hour south of Little Rock. The resort has 90 rooms and suites, a lakeside restaurant, a heated pool, and access to miles of trails and open water.
It's the kind of place that slows you down the moment you arrive. Spending three days here, with nothing on the schedule except what you came to do, tends to feel like a lot more than a weekend.
Lodging is booked separately at the resort's group rate. Details on the Lodging page.
